Apple Fritters


Apple Fritters

1 can biscuit dough
1 golden delicious apple – pealed & cubed
4 teaspoons sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
canola oil
¾ cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon water

Mix pealed and cubed apple, 4 teaspoons of sugar, and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon together. Cut each biscuit with a pair of kitchen shears into 9 small chunks, keeping the pieces for each biscuit separated. Mix 1 teaspoon of apple mixture with the dough pieces of one biscuit and press together. Fry in canola oil until golden brown. Mix powdered sugar and water together to make a glaze and dip apple fritter.
