Mini Apple Dumpling


Mini Apple Dumpling

1 can biscuit dough
1 golden delicious apple – pealed and diced
4 teaspoons sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
canola oil
¾ cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon water

Mix diced apple, sugar, and cinnamon together. Place one heaping teaspoon of apple mixture into the center of each biscuit. Fold biscuit dough around apple mixture leaving a small opening.
Fry in canola oil until golden brown. Mix powdered sugar and water together. Dip mini apple dumplings in glaze.
