Flat Bread Chicken Wrap




Flat Bread Chicken wrap

1 can biscuit dough
1 small onion - chopped
3 chicken breasts
1 green pepper
mushrooms (optional)
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon fresh ginger root
juice of 1 orange
butter

Sauté onion, add chicken and cook for eight minutes. Add garlic and ginger root. Cook for two minutes, and then add orange juice and green pepper. Cover with a lid and simmer five minutes, stirring occasionally.

Place 2 biscuits together – one on top of the other, with a rolling pin roll biscuits out into a thin circle. Fry on a medium hot skillet, smeared with butter.
