Pizza Pie



Pizza Pie

1 can crescent roll dough
1 small onion - chopped
1 can sliced mushrooms or 1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
1 small zucchini - diced
½ green pepper – diced
¾ cup diced ham
4 Tablespoons pizza sauce
4 teaspoons ketchup
mozzarella cheese - shredded
cheddar cheese – shredded
4 small pie tins

Filling
Sauté chopped onion for two minutes, add mushrooms and cook another two minutes. Add zucchini, green pepper, and ham. Cook on medium/low heat for ten minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix in pizza sauce and ketchup.

Crust
Spray each pie tin with cooking oil. Press two pieces of crescent roll dough into each pie tin, spreading it out to fill the tin. Bake at 350 for ten minutes. Remove from oven and add filling. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and top with a small amount of shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake an additional ten minutes.
