Creamed Eggs on a Biscuit
1 can biscuit dough
5 eggs
2 Tablespoons milk
1 Tablespoon butter
4 pieces bacon
1 small onion - chopped
½ cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1½ Tablespoons flour
1 cup cream or milk
¼ teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
Bake biscuits as directed.
Mix eggs and 2 tablespoons milk together. Scramble eggs in 1tablespoon butter, set aside.
Fry bacon in frying pan. Sauté onion and mushrooms in bacon drippings. Stir in flour. Add eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened. Serve over biscuits
