Asparagus Roll Ups


Asparagus Roll Ups

1 can crescent roll dough
4 slices of ham
1 bunch of asparagus

Cut each asparagus spear into three sections. Discard the bottom section and boil top two sections until tender. Cut ham slices lengthwise, into one inch pieces. Separate crescent rolls. Place three or four slices of ham and three or four asparagus spears at the base of each triangle and roll up the crescent roll. Place on baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking oil.
Bake 375 for 17 minutes. Top with cheese sauce or cheese whiz.


Cheese Sauce


¾ cup Velveeta cheese
¼ cup milk

Place cheese and milk in a two quart microwaveable bowl. Cook about two minutes, stirring often, until cheese is melted.
