Cinnamon Biscuit Roll
2 cans biscuit dough
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl. Roll each piece of biscuit dough in the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Place two biscuits side by side and then place one biscuit on top of the other two biscuits forming pyramid. Fold the two biscuit ends on the bottom up over the top biscuit and then fold the top biscuit in half. Place in a muffin tin sprayed with cooking oil. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
Frost if desired.
