Shamrock Tarts


Shamrock Tarts

1 can crescent roll dough
1 small box pistachio pudding or 2 containers of key lime pie yogurt
milk
aluminum foil

Mold 6 – 3 inch heart shape pans out of aluminum foil. (Use a cookie cutter to shape them) Spray pans with cooking spray. Place one piece of crescent roll dough in each pan and press into heart shape. Use dough from 2 extra pieces in the package to create a stem and to add to the tarts if needed. Place on a baking sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 11 minutes. Press down center of the tart when it comes out of the oven and gently peal off the aluminum foil. Let cool.
Mix pudding according to package instructions. (can add more green food coloring for a deeper green color if desired)  Spoon pudding or yogurt into cooled tart and shape tarts into the shape of a shamrock.
