Green Eggs & Ham Shamrock

Green Eggs & Ham Shamrock

1 can crescent roll dough
6 eggs
½ cup shredded cheese
¼ cup diced ham
green food coloring

Unroll crescent roll dough and separate pieces. To make shamrock, place one piece in center with point down. Break off one inch of the point on two pieces of crescent roll dough and set aside. Place the larger end of the dough on each side of the first. Press the dough that was cut off onto the bottom point to create a larger stem for the shamrock. Shape each leaf by cutting a wedge out of the top of each piece and molding it to look like a shamrock. Make two shamrocks.
Bake at 375 Degrees for 10 minutes.
Whisk eggs and green food coloring together. Scramble the eggs, then add the shredded cheese and diced ham, continue cooking until the cheese is melted. Spread egg mixture onto the cooked shamrocks.
