Ham Filled Easter Basket


Ham Filled Easter Basket

1 can biscuit dough
2 cups chopped ham (approximately)
½ cup shredded cheese
8 baking cups or a muffin tin

With a rolling pin roll out a biscuit to about 1/8 inch thick. Spray baking cups or muffin tin with cooking oil and then place the biscuit inside the baking cup or muffin tin. Press edges to fit the hole and then fill with ham and cheese. Cut one biscuit into four strips of equal size. Take one strip of biscuit dough and roll it into a strip long enough to fit across your basket of ham and then twist it to look like a rope. Place the handle to your basket on top of the ham and secure on the sides. If you are making your Easter basket in baking dishes place on a baking sheet before you put them in the oven.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
