Biscuit Sopapillas



Biscuit Sopapillas

1 can biscuit dough
cream filling
powdered sugar

Fry biscuit dough in canola oil. Let cool until biscuits are warm. Cut in half and fill with cream filling. Place 2 tablespoons powdered sugar in a strainer and dust the top of the sopapillas.


Cream Filling

1 cup cool whip
½ package of cream cheese
1/3 cup powdered sugar

Place cream cheese in microwaveable bowl and cook for twenty seconds. Add cool whip and powdered sugar. Blend until smooth.
