Biscuit Shamrock Pizza

1 can biscuit dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

green food coloring paste

green vegetables of your choice, celery, green peppers, avocados. (optional)

green taco sauce or pizza sauce

Place mozzarella cheese in a glass bowl and squirt 6 small squirts of green food coloring paste onto cheese and gently toss until cheese turns green. Roll three pieces of biscuit dough with a rolling pin until about ¼ inches. Shape one end to a point. Place three points together, forming a shamrock, onto a baking sheet sprayed with cooking oil. Cut a triangular piece out of the top of each shamrock leaf. Mold pieces that were trimmed off into the shape of a stem and place at the bottom of the shamrock. Spread green taco sauce and/or pizza sauce onto biscuits. Add green vegetables and top with green cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
