Shamrock Biscuit Puffs
1 can biscuit dough
canola oil
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons water
green food coloring
Roll each biscuit with a rolling pin to about ¼ inch thick. Shape each piece into a shamrock shape with a knife by cutting a line down each side of the stem first and then cut a line along the bottom leaf and remove the wedge of dough. Then cut a wedge in between each of the upper leaves. Fry shamrock biscuits in hot canola oil and brown each side. Mix powdered sugar, water and green food coloring together to make a glaze. Dip shamrocks into glaze.
