Lucky Shamrocks


Lucky Shamrocks

1 can crescent roll dough
¼ cup cream cheese - softened
¼ cup marshmallow topping
green food coloring
green fruit, grapes, kiwi, (optional)

Unroll crescent roll dough and separate pieces. To make shamrock, place one piece in center with point down. Break off one inch of the point on the next two pieces and place one on each side of the first. Press the dough that was cut off onto the bottom point to create a stem for the shamrock. Shape each piece by cutting a wedge out of the top of each leaf and molding it to the look like a shamrock.
Bake at 375 Degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Mix softened cream cheese and marshmallow cream together, then add green food coloring. Spread on cooled shamrock. Add green fruit if desired.
One can of crescent roll dough makes two shamrocks.
