Alligator Pizza

Alligator Pizza

1 can crescent roll dough
½ cup mozzarella cheese
green food coloring paste
¼ cup cooked sausage
8 olives

Place four pieces of crescent roll dough on a baking sheet. Curl the tip of each piece of crescent roll dough to look like a tail. To make the head, cut a two inch piece off of the tip of another piece of crescent roll and then, with a knife, cut another piece the same size out of the same piece of dough. Use the dough that’s left over to make the legs for the alligator. Place one of the rectangular pieces at the large end of the dough on the baking sheet. Shape the large end to be about the same size as the head. Make teeth around the head by pressing a fork into the dough. Place the other rectangular piece on top of the one you just created and then position the legs. Put the mozzarella cheese in a glass bowl. Scope out some green food coloring paste with a toothpick and mix in into the cheese. Sprinkle the sausage (and other toppings if desired) and then the cheese on the body of the alligator. Cut the end off of each olive and use for eyes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
